Grove Selection
Village Builders are divided into "Groves" to help create the village that is Rites of Spring. Each Grove is based around the creation of a Shrine and also includes other practical tasks. We try to fill the Groves evenly, mixing people of varying abilities and age. Please select your three preferred choices for Groves. Some of the tasks for the Groves are subject to change.

Conditions for Registration - Please Read Carefully
Rites of Spring is a private function. It is off-limits to media personnel acting in a professional capacity, unless consent from the organization has been secured in writing. This is to ensure confidentiality for those who desire it.
Tamelin Productions reserves the right to revoke admission without refund on an individual basis if necessary due to dangerous or disruptive behavior or failure to abide by gathering policies.
I have read and understand the information on the full web site and I agree to abide by the Rites of Spring policies and conditions for registration, cancellation, refunds and as described there.
I agree to be responsible for the behavior, safety and adherence to the above for all children listed on this registration form.
I agree to hold harmless Tamelin Productions, EarthSpirit, their members, staff and volunteers, and the owners and staff of the gathering site from any responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to personal property incurred by myself or my children during Rites of Spring, as outlined in the waiver below.

HEALTH SAFETY INFORMATION: In order to care for our community, we ask that individuals who fall within the description below directly communicate with the organizers before engaging in events held or sponsored by Tamelin Productions, the EarthSpirit Community, or EarthSpirit Inc. (TP/ES) events and/or other face to face activities: By completing this application or by volunteering, I certify that I will communicate in advance directly with the organizers should I find that I may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID19, or have been diagnosed or tested positive with COVID-19, or have experienced strong symptoms associated with COVID-19 or RSV, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR: Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of illness, contact TP/ES at registration@tamelinproductions.com if he/she/they tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days after participating or volunteering with TP/ES." SCHOLARSHIP AND WORK EXCHANGE APPLICATION
We do the best we can to financially assist as many people as possible in order to make Rites of Spring accessible. We have limited scholarship funds, so much of the aid is through work-exchange. If you are offered a work-exchange position, please know that we will really be depending on you, and that the timing of your shifts may impact your attendance at some programs during the event.
