Some workshop programming at A Feast of Lights will be recorded by the organizers.
Everyone in these programs will be informed at the start of the workshop if it is being recorded. By remaining in these workshops, you are giving EarthSpirit and Tamelin Productions permission to use your voice or your image for future viewing by registered participants and/or for teaching or promotional purposes. You may also choose to sit behind the camera for your own privacy. Rituals and other more immersive participatory experiences will not be recorded.

Some work exchange positions are available for a limited number of able-bodied people willing to help with set up and take down of the event - especially of the Stag King's Masque. The exchange will be for up to one half of your registration fee. Please indicate what you are willing to assist with At the beginning of January we will contact you by email to make specific arrangements.

Set up of the Masque on Saturday afternoon/evening
